My Name Is Matt…
My wife, Kristin and I have very clear priorities, God first, Family Second, Business third.
As a result, I no longer have the desire to build a massive business, I want to know my clients, and more importantly like my clients and for them to know and like us. Now I know that sounds like a great soundbite but walking it out is a whole other story. A few years back while owning a large company God started moving in our hearts, calling us to serve others and our kids better. I can be stubborn so it took God slapping me in the face before I yielded and began taking action. We got rid of our big home, expensive cars (and I love cars), started homeschooling the kids and focusing on serving others the best we knew how.
It has taken us on a wild ride…
We traveled around the country in an RV…
Serving the poor and homeless as we went, we even got the pleasure of building some tiny homes for homeless veterans in Compton, California. Funny thing is, our kids and us were effected far more than anyone we helped.
Then God called us back to the place we got married, Belize, but for a different reason other than the great diving, fishing, and island life. We were all of a sudden with our kids in a community that doesn’t have clean water to drink, electricity, access to education, or food. It’s been a pretty neat journey so far, and God has done some amazing things there, and in our family. We now go back and forth between Texas and Belize regularly and as a client we would love for you to come down with us (one reason we are picky about clients).
So now that you know a little bit about us personally, let me explain our mission…
We will max out at 75 clients. Why 75? Because that is how many I can easily manage and allow each business owner to contact me on me cell, and along with my small team of superstars truly deliver on the promise of excellent service.
Due to our simplified lifestyle I no longer need to feed my ego or bank account by building something big just because I can. And truthfully I can’t without sacrificing the level of service and experience the clients receive.

Married to his high school sweetheart Annette for 30 years. Two beautiful children, daughter Kristin Victoria, married (Matt) with 2 children (Tristen and Kaly) and son Jonathan Peter (JP).
An avid golfer with a love of the outdoors. Enjoys watching and participating in many sports and traveling with his family.
Client Implementation Director
Courtney is a HR/Payroll professional with 17 years of experience. Her passion is providing HR & Payroll solutions for her clients by helping them build their HR infrastructure through technology, compliance and people.
She is also certified as a Senior Payroll Professional (FPC). Courtney is an active member of many prominent Payroll organizations including the American Payroll Association (APA).
Courtney also enjoys consulting with early stages of implementation where she can get to know her clients and how they run their business.
Courtney enjoys spending time with her family, reading and listening to music.
She is a proud mother of two boys, Derrick and Dillon. Courtney also enjoys mentoring up-and-coming HR professionals where she shares her knowledge and passion for HR and Payroll.
CFO / General Counsel
Moving from Ohio, Jason recently relocated to the San Antonio area with his wife and son.
Jason began his career in manufacturing with General Motors and transitioned into advising technology companies as a consultant, soon after receiving an MBA from the University of Dayton.
Realizing there was a need to provide clients with sound business advice paired with in-depth legal knowledge, he returned to UD to earn a Law degree.
Since graduating from law school, Jason has worked closely with companies as a business consultant, general counsel and trial attorney.
Jason is looking forward to the next chapter of his life working with the team at Integrity HR Management to help build a client focused, service organization.
She was born and raised in England and moved to San Antonio 2014, bringing her great personality and accent with her.
Her knowledge of all things payroll and HR allows her to assist clients in multiple ways.

Karla received her Bachelor’s Degree in Business & Accounting from Catawba Valley University in North Carolina and she has been working in accounting ever since.
She worked as a property accountant in Atlanta and most recently as a construction office manager and accountant for a construction company in San Antonio.
She enjoys being outdoors and spending quality time with her family .
Her pride and joy is her lovely daughter Mia. Karla speaks fluent Spanish and brings much enthusiasm and energy to the Integrity team.
JP is a Risk Specialist that has over 10 years of Customer Service experience including management with HEB, Anytime Fitness and UPS.
He is a licensed insurance Adjuster in Texas as well as having OSHA 10 HR OSHA General Industry and Construction certifications.

Lannett is a Receptionist with 5+ years of experience and 20+ years of customer service experience.
She is originally from New York but she moved to Boerne in 2014 after her husband retired from the military.
Lannett enjoys meeting people and doing all she can to make everybody feel welcomed.
She is very passionate on helping others.
She enjoys spending time with her family, cooking and reading as well as keeping busy with DIY projects and Interior Design.
She is a proud mother of one boy and one girl, Dillon and Paula. Lannett also loves her French bulldog.
Millie Springer SHRM-SCP
Millie Springer, is our HR Director.
Possessing a bachelor’s degree in business and HR management, also over 10 years in the HR field. Millie’s experience comes in a variety of industries, including manufacturing, entertainment, and non-profit.
She enjoys assisting management and employees with navigation of HR issues to ensure compliance and efficiency.
They enjoy working with the youth to ensure their future is established with plans for college and funding.
She has 3 children, (Bayley, Emily, & Josh).
The family loves spending time together engaging in activities like tubing, day trips, going to the beach.
In 2015, her family moved to San Antonio, Tx from Georgia. Currently, Millie and her husband (Eric) are actively involved with the local FFA chapter.
Client Service Manager
Trishia is our Customer Service Manager with over 5 yrs in Human Resources, Payroll and benefit Administration.
As well as 17 year of Accounting Knowledge. She enjoys using her vast knowledge to assist Clients and employees to build a strong relationship.
Trishia Moved to Texas 5 years ago with her loving husband of 17 years (Lance) and her 3 wonderful children (Taylor, Grace and Chase).
She enjoys spending her free time with her family and her dog Beau.

T’risean is our Benefits Administrator with 20 years of experience in Customer Service and 10 years of Planning Production along with 3 years’ experience as a Benefits Professional. She was born and raise in San Antonio, Texas and a mother of two girls Kaja And Moriah.
T’risean enjoys help those in need from her time spent with volunteering to assisting with planning weddings for local Brides and Grooms.
She comes from a large family who dedicates their time to serving the community and our country. T’risean enjoys spending time with her family, making floral arrangements and traveling for her daughters Volleyball Career.

My journey in life has been a blessing. Being a single mon raising 2 daughters for 15 years. I wouldn‘t change it.
They are the ones when times were tough that motivated me and gave me the inspiration to keep going. In 2016 a new chapter of my life opened for me & my girls. I met my husband Juan- meeting him was such a blessing in its self.
Not only do I have 2 daughters but we have 5 kids and 2 grandbabies. I have over 12 years’ experience in the healthcare industry and 13 in sales and marketing. God has also opened a door so that me and my husband can live our dream by owning and operating our own small business on the side.
Working here at Integrity HR Management with such a great team has been one of the Best Decisions I’ve made.
Miranda was born and raised in San Antonio, TX. She is a mother of a wild and handsome 2yr old boy (Jayden). Miranda has come to Integrity with 5yrs in Payroll, and Customer Service. She is passionate in helping others and ensuring everyone’s needs has been met. She likes spending time with family and friends, while living her best life.

Cassidy was born in Germany to military parents and moved to the states when she was two. She has grown up in South Texas and takes pride in her family’s military life. She has a wonderfully bright 16 year old sister named Hannah and an orange cat named Fester.
Cassidy has over eight years of experience in Payroll and HR services and this allows her to provide the best and most knowledgeable services possible.
Babette brings 25+ years of experience in accounting. She has worked in many types of businesses including oil and gas, insurance, retail – gas/convenience stores, excavation, electrical, and then in manufacturing – solar, roofing, pharmaceutical, & polypropylenes.
She has worked her way up the various accounting roles in these atmospheres from accounts payable, receivable, inventory control, fixed assets, now to the senior levels of accounting, including controller for the last few years.
Babette is originally from Ohio, where she was born and raised, and then in 2005, relocated to Texas. Babette has an Associate’s Degree in Accounting, Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and Management, Master’s Degree in Accounting, and has almost completed her PhD in Accounting. She also currently teaches part-time in the evenings at Texas A&M San Antonio campus as an accounting adjunct to our future professionals coming into the workforce.
Babette & her husband Eric have been married for 15 years. They have 2 daughters (Courtney & Kirstin) and 2 grandchildren (Conner & Kylin). As a hobby, Babette and her husband both like to go to trapshooting competitions on weekends across the state of Texas and other states also. Their other hobby is being able to travel locally here in the states and internationally too.
